We take our food as seriously as we do beer. We are committed to serving tasty, fresh, minimally processed food. Nothing comes in factory-made; everything is made fresh in-house, or is locally sourced. The only exception are the Chicken Fingers. We examined numerous chickens, but we couldn't find fingers on any of them, so we are buying those frozen. Our french fries were potatoes this morning. As Patrick likes to say, "if our food was any fresher, you'd want to slap it".
Other people have noticed too. Our french fries were named Best of Philly by Philadelphia Magazine. Our cheesesteak was a finalist in Glen Macnow's Ultimate Cheesesteak Challenge.
Our kitchen is open for lunch, dinner and late night snacks. Our second floor dining room is family friendly. We have two highchairs. Besides our printed menu (below), we also have daily chalkboard specials.
We are and have been transfat free. We use 100% canola oil in our fryers.
All our rolls are locally made at DePalma's Brick Oven Bakery.
